Undergraduate Major:Law(Minor)

1. Major Introduction

The aim of law minor courses is to train the inter-disciplinary talents who possess solid major knowledge and skills and at the same time possess knowledge and skills of law science to meet the demand of the knowledge economy for such talents. The students will study fundamental specialized courses and main specialized courses. The main courses include jurisprudence, civil law, criminal law, criminal procedure law, civil procedure law, administrative law, administrative procedure law, economic law and international economic law.

2. Academic Objectives

The aim of the specialty is to train the inter-disciplinary talents who possess solid major knowledge and skills and at the same time possess knowledge and skills of law science, strengthen students’ ability to adapt to society and meet the demand of knowledge economy for talents.

3. Academic Requirements

The students are required to master basic theory and knowledge of law science and be able to analyze and solve problems by using basic knowledge of law science

4. Length of Schooling 

This minor major program accompanies the first major program. The length of schooling can’t be longer than that of major program and can’t be extended. 

5. Required Credits

Only after students have completed 26 credits, can they obtain a minor program diploma of Law.
